Celebration doesn’t always come easy, does it? It’s hard to celebrate when your tank is on empty. Are you filling your tank up – attending church? Having quiet time with the Lord? 15 minutes at the beginning of the day will direct the other 23:45 of your day! People who celebrate life tend to be healthier. Get intentional about celebrating.
