Greg continues his conversation with Max Appel who has a long-standing athletic background.  He was on staff with Kentucky Special Olympics for 10 years and  served as the Director of Fellowship of Christian Athletes for 12 years.  He also served as the volunteer chaplain for the University of Kentucky Men’s Basketball Team for 28 years and was blessed to be the volunteer chaplain for the UK Football team for 10 years.  This is the man who can show how God works through Athletics.  Great show!

Listen for Your Word

Greg wraps up his conversation with Sara Gilliam on the topic of selecting your own Word for the Year.  Over the past few days Sara shared how God presented her with her Word for the Year.   You can find your Word simply by listening.  Don't worry, you'll find one.  When Sara's Word came to her, she realized she was standing in her own way.  When she let go and let God guide her, life took care of itself.  God loves us and wants to protect us.  We just need to turn to Him and allow him to do so.
