HOPE is Here

It is Okay to Grieve

April 9, 2020

As we face this pandemic that has hit the world, grief is hitting us hard. It has affected all of us not only in the loss of life, but the loss of our daily routines, social connections, family struggles, and our sense of security. Will our lives ever be the same? Greg encourages us through the grief and recognize new ways of moving forward. If grief is left unrecognized and unattended, grief can affect every aspect of our being. Grief is not a problem to be solved. Greg shares ways of dealing with our losses.
